Each batch of materials for producing lifting devices has to undergo comprehensive tests, involving shape, thickness, length and other aspects. Only those qualified ones will be accepted.

Operators are obliged to check the dimensions of workpieces according to work instructions and operating standards. Testing center and measurement center are also set for inspection. The unqualified pieces will be processed again.

a. Inspection for copper wires
Copper wire testing mainly includes tests for resistance, pressure resistance, and the pressure resistance between wires.
  
b. Inspection for motor shaft

Dimension of motor shafts and gears are measured here. Parts of products are accurate to 1mm.

To know the life of motors, here we will conduct weight measurement, dynamic rated load test, stretching test, and fatigue test for the motors, under a power supply of 220V, 50Hz.

The well assembled products will be powered to see their running conditions and motor noise. The qualified ones will enter the packaging line, while those unqualified will return the production line.
